Options include 4 hour on-site response on network items, 8 hour on-site response for PC’s and printers, ObServer Remote Monitoring and our latest business continuity product Guardian for back up and disaster recovery.
Delivering our new Connect IT Support Services are both an in-house team of Technical Specialists plus an entire network of Field Engineers dedicated to providing first class customer service. When a call is logged at our Head Office, first line support will assess the urgency of the call and who should deal with the issue. The call can then be assigned to either second line support or a site visit can be scheduled.
If you choose to have ObServer Remote Monitoring as part of your Connect package then a specific team is continually on hand to analyse the status of your servers. Any problems can then be fixed remotely before downtime is experienced. ObServer Remote Monitoring is also an important tool for long term planning of IT resources as status and trends can be identified with daily, weekly and monthly reports.
