As part of Connect IT Support we can provide an experienced IT Technician at a competitive rate with a UK managed support helpdesk. Our IT support technicians can be allocated to customers in 2 hour, half day and full day blocks to attend your site on whatever regular interval you request for IT setup or maintenance. These regular intervals could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly or could simply coincide with a regular IT requirement. For example a Midlands based school needing IT support services at the beginning of each new school term, would require new school children to be added to their IT system or regular computer desktop maintenance services.

Connect IT Support which consists of 12 support elements can be combined in any configuration to create an individual IT support solution.
